Nova helps give women tools and support to help bring clarity, strength and understanding to help find those solutions. At Nova we do not judge or pressurise anybody. We aim to help individuals however their tailored plan may look

Meet the founder
Teacher, Reiki Master, Nutritionist – Mother, woman, friend.
Hi, I’m Shleeta. I’m a quite complex individual but when you get down to the nitty gritty I am all about making life easier for others. I am very book smart but more so life experience knowledgeable. This helps me to connect and understand others on a deeper level and I am then able to support them.
I am extremely passionate about holistic health and wellness. My aim is to empower women by giving them the tools they need to find balance and happiness in their lives. My approach is done through holistic health and healing. We’ll work together in putting you first and breaking down any physical or mental boundaries.
My qualifications
Reiki Master, Personal trainer Level 3, Certified Nutrition and Health Coach, Massage Level 4, Cycling Instructor, Childhood Studies BA, Postgraduate Certification in Education. I am also an Events Planner, Illustrator and City Explorer .
